FX orders pilot for B.J. Novak anthology series

As indicated by Deadline, FX has requested a pilot for Platform, another collection arrangement composed, coordinated, and official created by B.J. Novak, the person who didn’t have even an inkling how to utilize the microwave on The Office (clearly he’s some sort of big cheese now). Strangely, however, Deadline says the arrangement isn’t simply to complete an ordinary pilot, yet two separate scenes that will mirror the changing tone that Novak imagines for Platform. The first of those two scenes will apparently be “progressively sensational,” including Lucas Hedges, Jon Bernthal, Kaitlyn Dever, Boyd Holbrook, O’Shea Jackson Jr., George Wallace, and Ed Asner, with the subsequent scene being “more comedic” with “a little liveliness component,” however cast insights concerning that one haven’t been declared.

The general subject of Platform sounds genuinely unclear, with the story just saying that it’s regarding “the boldest issues of our occasions” and that it will outline for “solitary, character-driven anecdotes about the world we live in today.” So definitely, not too grabby in the manner that it would be if every scene were about, similar to, a celebrated homicide or whatever, yet FX appears to have some confidence in it (Source)
